If more extensive repairs are needed, we are happy to facilitate sending your watch out to an authorized service center. Please note there is a shipping/insurance charge.*
Important Service Announcement:
We know your time is valuable and we want you to be able to plan accordingly while receiving the best quality service. We cannot perform watch services on the spot, but we can take care of them right here in the store. We have a PART TIME technician so watches do need to be left. Our technician will work on them in the order they are received. We do take in watches many times a day so that is why we have a 7-14 day lead time. Rest assured, your watch is in the hands of a professional and we will call or text you as soon as your timepiece is ready.

Established 140 years ago by Kintaro Hattori, Seiko is a true manufacturer that makes all of its own components. Mr. Hattori’s motto was “Seiko should always be a step ahead of the rest”. Seiko watches have a 3 year limited warranty and they manufacture 6 different technologies of watches: mechanical (manual wind and automatic), quartz, kinetic, solar, GPS solar, and spring drive. Goodman’s carries the most popular series Seiko makes for the US market.

Bering
Danish made affordable fashion, the name pays homage to the Danish sailor/explorer Vitus Bering who ventured through the Arctic Ocean in 1728 through what is now known as the Bering Straits to become the first European to discover Alaska. Bering watches all have synthetic sapphire crystals. They are made in stainless steel, ceramic, and titanium. The watches are fashion forward and come in a wide array of colors, in both slim and ultra slim. Prices start at $99.00 with a limited, 3 year warranty. Since 2011 Bering has partnered with Polar Bears International for conservation and protection of polar bears and their habitat.
Tavannes
Established in 1891 in Tavannes, Switzerland, with over 300 watch patents, Tavannes was a world leader in watches and watch movements. Tavannes made the first “shock proof” watch in 1915. The current “Buggy Watch” is a descendant of it. They were commissioned by two British naval commanders to make the first waterproof watch in 1917. Tavannes evolved over time, producing high quality movements for brands of Swiss watches and watch making tools until 1982. The brand was reestablished as a fine Swiss watch company in 2008.
